Not convinced that doodling is for you? Perhaps you’re looking to be more creative but don’t know where to start? Or maybe time isn’t on your side but you still want to add some character to your bujo? Then this one is for you!
If you’ve got a little extra space on a page or spread that is just begging to be decorated then why not try a block pattern? All you need is to outline a square or rectangle and fill it in. You could add some colour if you wanted to but I quite like keeping it simple and find that the black ink really pops. As you can probably tell I love geometric designs, they’re just so satisfying to create (and look at).
The best part about these patterns is that you can use any dots/lines already printed in your journal to help you! Easy!
You Will Need:
Free space in your bujo.
Pen and ruler.
Colouring pens/pencils (optional).
Diamonds and triangles
Ovals and triangles
Zigzag and blocks
Circles or diamonds?
That’s it, they’re really easy to draw and look awesome. So not try one of these out next time you have a little extra space in your bujo?!
